Absolutely loved the place! A short taxi ride from Salisbury city centre has it in an ideal location while still feeling like you’re in a world of your own. It’s very dark at night, we even saw shooting stars from in the hot tub. Only issue we had was the room was very hot (given it had been above 30 degrees that day) and when opening the windows there were no netting to stop flies and moths getting in, which with it being rural there were a lot of. There was also no curtain on the window to the bathroom, we easily fixed this by hanging a towel up when one of us was showering, but with the construction site being directly facing the window it made it a little awkward. Despite this we had a wonderful time, the views from the cottage are beautiful and the hosts were lovely, even providing us with a few snacks and drinks to help us settle in. Couldn’t recommend enough!

A beautiful little hut in a stunning location! Everything was well-thought out, from the decor inside to the hot tub positioning. You get given instructions for the hot tub too if you stay for more than one night which is really handy, plus plenty of extra wood for the fire! We were also left a few treats inside (bread and eggs for breakfast, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk, a bottle of prosecco and a bag of Neal’s Yard goodies) which were lovely. Perfect!

It was a lovely few days at a lovely place! The hut is amazing, with a tv, fridge, oven and stove! The location is perfect, country side but only 10 min drive to Salisbury town centre! The hot tub is perfect and there is really nice pub only 5 min walk from the hut! Will definitely return!

Beautiful hut with lovely views. So modern and clean. Lovely and warm as well. Pete and Georgie super helpful and nearby if you need anything. Had an amazing meal at a pub called the Silver Plough. 10 mins from Salisbury so a great location too.

Could not recommend The Hut enough! A really calm, quiet and peaceful getaway. Pete and Georgie are on hand to help and closeby if needed, but leave you to enjoy your stay.

A late night dip in the hot tub, a drink by the firepit and a cosy night in The Hut warmed by the log burner makes for a warm and homely stay.

We enjoyed a lovely couple of days at The Hut, we arrived in the dark and the hut was well lit, lovely and warm and the hot tub was fired up ready for us. Everyone at the farm was very friendly including the sheep, the hut was very clean and cosy and we would definitely recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

We had such an amazing time at The Hut. Pete, the owner, was lovely, he had heated the hot tub for us and kept us topped up with logs throughout our stay. The views from The Hut were gorgeous and it was such a peaceful location. Only 10 mins from Salisbury, lovely city to visit. The hut was extremely comfortable and more spacious than expected. We loved the log burner and all the decorations. We would definitely visit again! Thank you for a brilliant couple of days.

My partner and I had a wonderful time here for a weekend getaway, exactly what was needed after being cooped up for so long.
Pete, the owner, was so accommodating, making sure that the hot tub was all set up ready for our arrival, and letting us know of all the local amenities.
The property is located on a working farm, and we were blessed with having new lambs in the field we were on the edge of. It was lovely to chill in the hot tub and watch the lambs skittering around.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic country escape. It’s a 40 minute drive from Bournemouth beach, which is a great day out. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent place to stay, only 2hours from London, easy to self check-in. Hot tub and dressing gowns and towels provided were great. Kitchen was great, small oven abs hob to make dinner, and we made use of the barbecue.

Such a great place to stay, I’ll be back for sure.

Not a single thing we can fault. We had incredible weather but even without that I’m sure it would still have been great! Pete and Georgie are incredible hosts and we’d love to go back one day

Beautiful setting and we loved being so close to the sheep and lambs. Such a memorable stay and the owners are extremely helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hut, it was cosy and had every thing you needed! We loved that the sheep were just roaming in the fields and that we were allowed to feed them. The hot tub was amazing loved that it was heated by fire, and even when the rain was pouring we didn’t care as just sat in the hub with a drink!

We had a lovely chat with the owner who was just brilliant and made us feel super welcome on the farm. Have already recommended the place to all of my friends and family!

Our 2-nights stay in The Hut was great. Exactly what we needed to relax during busy times. The Hut is cozy, clean and very well equipped. Hot tub was fantastic, we used it during the day and after it got dark (the sky was cloudless, so we could see the stars). Views from the hut are excellent and sheep are nice to watch and interact with. We got some food from the owner to feed them. There was enough wood provided for the hot tub and BBQ. The owner was super-nice and welcoming. He made sure that we have all we need and he is there to make our stay pleasant. Overall, a great experience and a perfect countryside break.

Me and the wife have just been here and it was exactly what we needed. It was so clean and the little touches made it feel so personal. We got to forget the world for a while and spend some time just us. We will definitely be returning hopefully on a yearly basis.

All perfect, we had a lovely time! The Hut has everything you need and is very cosy. Having the hot tub pre-heated for our first night was really kind and much appreciated. It was lovely to be surrounded by the sheep and lambs!

The holiday was just what we were looking for! The hot tub is wood fired so you have to be patient and good at making fires! But aside from that little hiccup the holiday was perfect!

Excellent few days at Hole Farm, total relaxation, exactly as described, over and above what we expected

We had the most amazing couple of days here. It’s set in a beautiful location and is so peaceful. We were greeted by a very friendly Pete, who gave us info on the local area and kept us stocked up with wood for the hot tub. He also gave us food for the sheep and we had great fun feeding them. On arrival, as requested, Georgie had the hot tub up & running for us and it was just perfect. Georgie had also prepared the hut for us and it was scrupulously clean and welcoming and she had left us some personal touches including a cold bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The hut has everything you need including towels and robes. When the sun is out it gets very hot so make sure you take plenty of sun lotion.
There is a local pub called the Green Dragon which is about a 5 minute walk away and they have a very nice garden and serve lovely food.
The main stores are about a 10 minute drive away.
My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

It was one of the best Getaways that I have been to. The hut Was absolutely gorgeous and so perfect and the hampers give that perfect touch. Peter and Georgina are so lovely and welcoming and make sure your stay is the best you can have. The scenery is divine and you can see the animals . Endless views of beautiful countryside. And to top it off , you get a lovely soak in the hot tub to admire to view .

A little piece of heaven!! I can’t comment on the local amenities as other than to walk over the adjacent fields, we just didn’t want to be anywhere else. It was beautiful, peaceful, and cosy. It was a 40th birthday surprise and it was a perfect getaway. We were made to feel very welcome, our dog too. Peter and Georgie were on hand to help if needed but left us alone to enjoy the time we had. We loved every moment and would definitely recommend for a perfect escape.
